Studio Suite
Studio Suite at Pintler Suites features a small but very functional design which is ideal accommodation unit to be occupied by single
person or a couple or a business traveler who is in need of a luxurious suite accommodation in Montana and does not want to
compromise the space and the functionality of the accommodation unit. Built to be efficient,
the studios are around 450 500 square feet combining the open-concept living space with a cleverly designed spatial distribution that offers maximum comfort and functionality.
The studios have a complete kitchen with high quality and modern appliances.
Kitchen appliances include a GE stainless steel range and oven, Microwave Hood Combo,
Whirlpool 10 cu. Ft. refrigerator and under-counter dishwasher. The countertops are made of strong, solid-surface,
heat and scratch-resistant materials,
which are equally suitable to both short-term and long-term stays. Upper and lower cabinets are tailor made
with soft close hinges, made of stained hardwood to suit the rustic-modern design style of the suite.
The Infotainment and connectivity is also top-notch. If you need to stream videos,
hold a conference call, or work remotely, the suite offers blistering fast Wi-Fi service delivering an average speed over 100 Mbps over a business-class internet line.
In the main living area, there is a smart flat-screen TV which provides a satellite TV service and streaming TV and movies through an HDMI and USB port.
The climate Is controlled via a high-tech ductless mini-split HVAC system that allows setting specific temperatures and operates at a low-noise level.
These systems are efficient in energy consumption and quality air is maintained as they have in-built filtration. Also, all suites will feature a gas fireplace,
Glass front, and electronic ignition- ambiance and heat at the touch of a button.
Two Bedroom Suite
The Two Bedroom Suite gives guests requiring additional space or privacy a much larger footprint of up to 800 square feet, a living room,
and two fully enclosed bedrooms. This suite can accommodate families, work groups or guests who want to stay in a hotel
environment in Phillipsburg MT on a long term basis with the comforts of home.
The kitchen, similarly to the studio, is equipped with a complete set of stainless steel appliances, including Frigidaire four-burner gas range,
built-in microwave, and 14 cu. Ft. Whirlpool refrigerator. Large counter tops and customized cabinets make a kitchen where one can cook longer.
Full-size, washer and dryer are provided in each suite, and to minimize noise disturbance to the residents, they are placed in a separate utility closet.
The privacy Is designed with insulated interior walls and bedroom doors of solid core. The bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds, personal heating controls,
and blackout curtains. There is installation of smart lock systems in the main entry and interior room doors to ensure secure access without the use of keys and digital observation to assist staff.
Centralized utility systems, including gas lines, electrical panels, and Wi-Fi routers, are all shared by all suites and are meant to provide a steady level of service throughout the building.
These systems are observed and taken care of frequently to keep them at optimum conditions and reduce the inconvenience to the guest, providing a high-end technically sound stay.
